How do I choose the right ski or snowboard length?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head, while snowboards should reach your chin. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide or contact our experts for a personalized recommendation.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer binding mounting services for all ski and binding purchases. To ensure safety, we require your boot sole length (mm), weight, height, and skier ability level to set the correct DIN release value.
What is your return policy for technical winter gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, custom-mounted skis and heat-molded boots cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping for skis and snowboards usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Does my equipment come with a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. All new equipment sold at Snow Skiers Warehouse comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This typically covers one to two years depending on the brand.
